Not to the scope and size.being offered. Should not be higher than 3 stories, need variety of businesses, adequate parking and safe traffic flow. Do not feel these are being addressed. We are not an urban area, but a family community. I love walking in our town, but with increased density and lack of green space, I feel we would suffer. Look at they have height restrictions. They have parking issue and learn from them. Do not chain restaurants, but local owned , as well as businesses.
