I would like to better understand the scale of the project and what the building height will do to the skyline of EGR. We need to see alternate, street-level views of these proposals to get a better understanding of layout and development. Currently, the 4 design proposals are all variations of parking/D&W organizations, but none

I’ve been an EGR resident for 10+ years with 5 children in the school system. We are frequent visitors to the Gaslight area for school events, sporting events, and recreation (running, cycling, etc). In it’s current state, the Gaslight area is congested and BUSY. I am in full support of developing the site. Nobody will

I love the green space in Concept B. It would be fantastic to have benches and places to hammock, and have a sizable community garden plot. In my opinion, there are plenty of townhouses and condos in other parts of Grand Rapids nearby. New builds for families with 3+ are greatly needed in both East

Greetings, I’ve been tracking this development since Jade Pig destroyed the front corner of the Jacobson’s Building in a nick of time to initiate the effort. I will be out of town the night of the next meeting. Here are my thoughts. 1) The differences between the 4 concepts represented on this site are very

I think Concept B is the best because I love the idea of an open green space and having a playground with a basketball court still. I call the area home because I grew up in Ottawa Hills and EGR too. It would beneficial to have new housing there with new architecture as well. I
