Lakeside congestion

Lakeside drive is a heavy traffic road and development of this area will increase that. Not only heavy traffic but speeders with no law enforcement. I worry about our children biking and walking to school down lakeside to greenwood, especially with commercial real estate and not a safe sidewalk system at the corner.

Needed updates

Development in GLV is long overdue and if done correctly will have a significant impact on our community. More Shopping and dining are needed. Using patios, rooftop restaurants and landscaping we can take advantage of the natural beauty of EGR. A spot where people can gather would also be great. The strip mall and D&W

Limit the height of the buildings to 5 stories. Keep the Village intimate. Keep the allowable office and commercial square footage and residential units to a reasonable amount. Pay attention to traffic increases and noise pollution. limit or avoid traffic signals.

Unrealized Potential

Gaslight would benefit from increased restaurants (breakfast, lunch, family friendly dining, deli, etc.). Every time we want to go to lunch we head out of the area.
