We have 20+ elementary aged kids in the area. All of them from Robinson Rd over utilize these streets to walk or ride their bikes to Wealthy. This is an incredible neighborhood area, where we feel so lucky to have safe neighborhoods and neighbors who look out. Most businesses in current place are fine, but
I regularly drive, bike, and walk on Lovett to connect my neighborhood south of gaslight village to the Reeds Lake trail as well as drive out of EGR via Lakeside Dr. I’d like to see the intersection of Lovett and Lakeside better designed to accommodate the mix of bike and car traffic accessing a community

I agree with the other comments. Pause, mindfully on this section while Gaslight and Eastown are considered and planned first. This area is a bit confusing in what could be developed and there isn’t a need to rush to get something in place. Let’s consider, take time, see what is happening in the other districts

This is an interesting area, mixing commercial and residential spaces. Since a major project at the site of the old Ramona Medical Arts building has been submitted to the Planning Commission I feel any consideration of this neighborhood should be postponed until the neighboring developments are in progress
This seems like a prime area for increased density residential or mutli-use development. It would not appear this area is in high-demand for retail use and existing businesses could be accommodated within the current and proposed Gaslight framework.
