I have been an EGR resident for 45+ years, and my family has been residents for multiple generations. I’’m for the development of the old Ramona business park, however the current depictions of plans do not fit the East Grand Rapids charm. This seems more like a money grab from investors that do not have the city’s best interests at heart. Proposing any structure(s) over three stories tall this close to Reeds Lake completely takes away from the natural resource we are all lucky enough to call home.
Please reconsider the plans, and give the current residents more peace of mind for future reasonable development.
