While no plan is perfect the plan presented at the planning commission by Scott Wierda and his architect appeared well thought out and well in line with what the community needs. Additional density will bring more business to existing businesses and the additional new businesses will bring growth and vitality to our community. Additional families will ease the need for schools of choice to balance our attendance decline and provide additional tax revenue and vitality across the city. The proposed community amenities seem in line with reasonable expectations. The plan also seems to accommodate additional development / redevelopment of other Gaslight businesses.
