It’s time to move ahead with development for this parcel. It has been vacant too long. Gaslight Village has potential to be a more vibrant shopping and social destination, but not without improved parking, broader diversity of shopping/gallery/pedestrian options (think Charlevoix or Leland), and high-density housing. I could see a restaurant on top of one of the taller proposed buildings with a nice view of the Lake, and a clear pedestrian loop from Wealthy back around to Greenwood/Lakeside.
