I agree with the other comments. Pause, mindfully on this section while Gaslight and Eastown are considered and planned first. This area is a bit confusing in what could be developed and there isn’t a need to rush to get something in place. Let’s consider, take time, see what is happening in the other districts first and then move forward, mindfully.
