Prime Area for Thoughtful Consideration

This seems like a prime area for increased density residential or mutli-use development. It would not appear this area is in high-demand for retail use and existing businesses could be accommodated within the current and proposed Gaslight framework. Additional office space with larger condominiums or townhouses would seem ideal here, close to schools and other amenities, this seems a prime location for residential development of the sort that would attract families and / or empty nest residents who would look to stay and continue to contribute to community but are burdened by larger homes and high tax payments.
