I have lived across from st Stephen’s for 20+ years. The property, historic buildings, and playgrounds are not only a multi use gathering space for the surrounding homes but also the greater community.
I understand many things come into play when making a decision regarding this property. But if I had my wish, my top priorities would be…
1. Keep the historic buildings protected
2. Continue to use the property as a community center, another school, or after school program
3. Last resort- renovate the buildings into condos or multi use living space.
My greatest fear is this property being sold to a developer.
