The most obvious solution would be too look to attract a charter school to the area. Adding an accessible charter school to the community would provide an additional option for the community that is so focused on the value of education, completing our terrific public and parochial schools in the community. Similarly the space may work for other child focused needs including use by private schools, childcare facilities or medical / dental offices as well as the expansion of nearby senior faciliites. If that is not viable, then converting the space to single-family housing would see the next most obvious solution. Adding high-density housing to this area does not seem to make sense and would be out of character for the neighborhood.
