My family has lived across from St. Stephen’s for 46 years. I personally grew up in the neighborhood and attended Stephen’s school.
I believe and would like to see it remain as such.
Some kind of institution for learning or possibly day care. St. Stephen’s has always been family oriented, a place in the neighborhood where kids can play close to home and safely. The school and church have been there for 100 years we lived here for about half of that. It would really ruin the make up of the neighborhood if that was taken away. As for the concerns or misconcerns about about up keep,
All and all Stephen’s does a pretty job on up keep of the property. I believe there’s some unwarranted concerns about for reason maybe because the it’s I guess. But nevertheless,St. Stephen’s has always been a good neighbor. Has anyone ask St. Stephen’s what they would like to do with the property? There do own still.
But it should be school, day care and or park/green space like it always has been for anything it would ruin the neighborhood.
Thank You.
