A green area w/ proper playground & space for parents would foster a sense of community (a native plant rain garden could help w/ the recurring flooding problem too). This or residential homes but definitely demolition of the building. Older more historical ones are destroyed & keeping it will cost more than it’s worth. The

Greenspace

So many kids use this area for play and recreation. It would be wonderful to retain some of that, regardless of what the buildings are used for. I feel strongly that whatever is put here does not create more traffic or commercial activity, including things like dumpsters and other things that generate odor and noise.
