We have 20+ elementary aged kids in the area. All of them from Robinson Rd over utilize these streets to walk or ride their bikes to Wealthy. This is an incredible neighborhood area, where we feel so lucky to have safe neighborhoods and neighbors who look out. Most businesses in current place are fine, but
Whatever happens at St Stephens, please do not provide a ton of parking that will increase car traffic on these tiny streets.
As a resident, especially when the kids were young, I appreciate that St. Stephen has shared the playground and pathways with neighbors. It would be great if the space could continue to offer education of some kind and even more of an urban park, with space for all ages to enjoy.
