We have already given up a residential to see a residential property flip to Commercial C1 with conditions on the corner of Lansing and Greenwood aka Antique store. Uncertainty

I’m not clear on the challenge to this area or what the City could do. It’s densely residential, admittedly with awkward alleys, but otherwise occupied. Would any plan for this are involve only streets and sidewalks, or rethinking the housing as well?
